About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-time Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, managing the day-to-day operations of the lodge, and ensuring the overall success of the development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high level of customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, including coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
  • Organize activities and events for residents, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure the lodge is maintained to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve business objectives and improve resident satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a retirement living or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
