As a Part Time Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our Home Owners, managing the maintenance of the property, and co-ordinating activities and events. You will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.
This role is pivotal to the success of the Lodge and is hugely rewarding. If you have a passion for excellent customer service and are looking for a challenging and varied role, we encourage you to apply.
About you
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a love of people and be able to act with sensitivity and diplomacy when required. Previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, is essential.
This position is ideally suited to individuals with experience of similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors.
