We are seeking a part-time Warranty Administrator to join our team at Greenshields JCB Limited on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Warranty Team, ensuring the smooth operation of the department. Key responsibilities include communicating with JCB and suppliers to resolve claims, monitoring claim status, and providing timely updates to the Warranty Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and process additional claim requirements from JCB via email.
  • Update warranty dates and policy authorizations on our internal system.
  • Provide holiday cover for Warranty Administrators at our depots.
  • Collaborate with relevant personnel to ensure timely claims processing.
  • Offer proactive support to both internal and external customers.
  • Utilize strong Excel skills and IT proficiency to perform administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Hold a full driving license.
