About the Role

As a Part-time Lodge Manager with Churchill Estates Management Ltd, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our Home Owners. This varied and interesting role involves organising activities, co-ordinating the development, managing contractors, and ensuring the maintenance of the property is completed to the highest standard.

You will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues. Your passion for excellent customer service is vital, with a focus on providing a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for our Owners.

This role is pivotal to the success of the Lodge, the enjoyment of Owners, and is hugely rewarding. You will have an outgoing and friendly personality, with a love of people, and be able to act with sensitivity and diplomacy when required.

About You

You will be a natural administrator, computer literate, and have previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook. You will be happy working alone and independently, using your own initiative, and be able to support with the organisation of events and effectively administer the maintenance of the site.

This position is ideally suited to people with experience of similar backgrounds, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors.
