About the Role

Farnham Park Health Group is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our team in Farnham. As a Salaried GP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical care to patients, including face-to-face and telephone consultations
  • Work collaboratively with our care coordinators and triage team to manage patient flow and ensure timely access to care
  • Participate in daily huddles and weekly clinical meetings to discuss patient care and share best practices
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Person Specification

  • Recent experience of working in general practice in the UK
  • Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
  • Commitment to and experience of working as part of a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
