About the Role
Farnham Park Health Group is seeking a highly motivated and committed GP to join our team in Farnham. As a Salaried General Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services to patients, including face-to-face and telephone consultations
- Work collaboratively with our care coordinators and triage team to manage patient care
- Participate in our Same Day Service rota and Extended Hours as required
- Ensure Mandatory training is kept up to date
Requirements
- Recent experience of working in general practice in the UK
- Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
- Commitment to and experience of working as part of a multidisciplinary and skill-mixed team environment
