Operational Performance Lead

Are you a seasoned operations consultant looking to bring your expertise in-house to a rapidly-growing PE-backed firm?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reduce operational costs across the business, focusing on 36 sites across the UK and Europe
  • Design and refine operational models in Excel, and roll them out manually across sites
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to improve operational efficiencies

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in operational improvement, logistics, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, or warehouse management
  • High competency in Excel and modeling
  • No industry-specific experience required, but a bonus if you have worked in industrials, manufacturing, logistics, or food and beverage
