Job Title: Senior HR Advisor with Travel Opportunities

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our team at Huntress. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing guidance on HR policies, supporting employee relations, and assisting with key HR processes.

About the Role:
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers
  • Support employee relations by managing low-level Employee Relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance investigations
  • Advise on HR policies, covering probations, leave, absence management, and flexible working
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting and improvement plans
  • Handle escalated HR Help queries and support onboarding, inductions, and exit interviews
  • Assist with HR initiatives, including employee engagement, diversity programs, and policy updates
  • Improve the People Assist knowledge library by addressing common queries and anticipating needs
  • Work with the HR Coordinator to deliver accurate metrics and maintain data integrity
  • Analyse absence trends and report to HR Business Partners
Requirements:
  • 2 years as an HR Advisor or similar role, with a solid understanding of HR principles, employment legislation, and best practices
  • Minimum CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office packages
  • Experienced in analysing and presenting HR data
