Role Overview

The primary responsibility of the Sales Engineering Manager will be to effectively oversee key client accounts, which entails conducting client visits, identifying areas for improvement, and addressing any product-related concerns.

Additionally, you will be tasked with organizing and leading sales meetings, trade exhibitions, and performance review sessions to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Possess a solid technical understanding of the food manufacturing processes and the products offered.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in food manufacturing sales, specifically targeting the industrial sector, demonstrating a strategic and customer-centric sales approach along with a high level of professionalism.
  • A self-motivated and industrious individual who can inspire, develop, and mentor a sales team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

The Sales Engineering Manager position is homebased, offering a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £68,000 plus bonus, vehicle, mobile device, and laptop.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, during standard office hours.
