Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and generate new business leads through telesales and other outreach methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Utilise Glenigan's database to identify key opportunities and track market trends.
- Manage and update client information accurately using IT systems, including Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies.
- Achieve and exceed lead generation targets to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in making outbound calls to customers and engaging potential clients would be highly beneficial.
- Ambitious and driven; we are looking for someone who is motivated to succeed and eager to develop their career within sales.
- Experience with Glenigan's database is desirable. Familiarity with this platform will be a significant advantage.
- IT and Excel literate is a must for data management and analysis.
- UK driving licence is necessary as the role may require occasional travel to meet clients and attend events.
