Role Overview

As a Retail Operations Leader, you will take charge of your store, treating it as your own enterprise. You will manage all facets of operations, from inventory management to staff recruitment. Your commercial acumen will empower you to maximize sales opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

Applicants must possess:

Proven experience in store management within a fast-paced retail environment. A track record of managing and developing medium to large teams. Success in achieving KPIs and sales targets. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays. Experience in FMCG or large retail settings is preferred but not mandatory.
