Role Overview
As a Retail Operations Leader, you will guide your management team and staff, treating your store as your own enterprise - managing all facets of operations from inventory to staffing. You will have the autonomy to leverage your business acumen to optimize sales opportunities within your store.

Applicants must possess the following:
Proven experience in Store Management within a high-volume retail environment. Experience in managing and developing medium to large teams. A track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets. Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.
