Job Summary:
Arterra Wines Canada, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for setting sales targets, ensuring store conditions meet our high standards, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a dynamic team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Store Operations: Ensure store conditions meet our standards, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Sales and Service: Set sales targets, analyze sales data, and develop strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Recruitment and Training: Manage the recruitment process, train new hires, and develop existing team members through coaching and mentoring.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
Requirements:
- 2 years' retail management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to make complex decisions and drive results
- Smart Serve Certification
