Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic store team, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a high-performing store team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities
  • Ensure store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving stock
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in community-driven initiatives and festivals

Requirements

  • 2 years' experience in retail management and customer service
  • Dynamic and positive personality with strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where priorities change
  • Ability to make complex decisions with integrity that supports company guidelines
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Smart Serve Certification is required
