About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Circle Health Group as an Administrative Coordinator - Power Hub and Instrumentation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Power Hub and Instrumentation department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Power Hub and Instrumentation team, including answering calls from customers and coordinating the delivery of power tools and instrument sets.
  • Utilize booking systems to manage the loaning of power tools and instrument sets between different hospitals, theatres, and decontamination centers.
  • Communicate effectively with the senior team regarding potential failures in power tool and instrument supply.
  • Coordinate repairs and service contracts under direction as required.
  • Order and coordinate the storage of supplies to ensure adequate stocks are maintained at all times.
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports as directed by the Decontamination Manager and maintain timesheet records.
  • Maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Promote and maintain Health & Safety within the department.
  • Ensure that all activities are in accordance with the Company's Policy and Procedures.
  • Complete all Learning Space modules in a timely manner.
  • Be flexible to the developing and changing needs of the role and adapt accordingly.
