Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team at Think Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our HR division, you will be responsible for implementing HR processes and policies, developing the HR strategy to support company objectives, and providing guidance and assistance on all HR matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to leadership and managers on HR matters, including employment law and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with HR legislation and employment law
  • Communicate with staff and provide guidance and assistance on all HR matters
  • Support on employee relations, including disciplinary and performance issues
  • Manage escalations and grievances
  • Oversee recruitment, including job descriptions, agency relationships, and recruitment campaigns
  • Responsible for employee contracts and benefits administration
  • Coordinate new starters and inductions
  • Oversee payroll changes and benefits administration
  • Implement succession planning and talent development
  • Manage annual staff reviews and pay review process
  • Check pay and reward are in line with market to ensure staff retention
  • Identify training needs and ensure training is up to date
  • Provide training, guidance, and advice to company directors and leaders on HR matters
  • Implement and maintain HRIS

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience at HR Manager level or equivalent
  • Experience within an SME environment would be desirable
  • MUST have access to own transport to access our office
  • Willing to work in the office for contracted hours
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law
