About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Conveyancing Coordinator at Insight Select. As a key member of our property team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth progression of client files and providing exceptional administrative support to our Conveyancers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Progress client files under the direction of the Conveyancer, including legal research, drafting letters, and preparing reports.
  • Provide a courteous and efficient service to clients, ensuring that all work sent to them is correctly prepared in accordance with our firm's standards and precedents.
  • Maintain control of the Conveyancer's caseload, ensuring that standards of matter conduct, file management, administration, and accounting are maintained at all times.
  • Report complaints from clients or third parties to the Team Leader.
  • Assist with matters administration, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Knowledge and experience of Conveyancing law and practices.
  • Educated to degree level, although not necessarily in Law.
  • Experience working within a Conveyancing Department of a Law Firm or relevant legal qualifications.
  • Administrative experience in a Law firm is desirable.
  • Ability to adopt a client-centered focus, taking responsibility for the level of client service provided and taking proactive steps to maximize and improve client relationships.
