Position Overview

As an Accommodation Services Coordinator at Sodexo , you will play a crucial role in delivering effective financial administration to enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that the financial aspects of our services are managed seamlessly, supporting the overall functionality of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with management to provide comprehensive bookkeeping assistance.
  • Organize, prepare, and maintain documentation in both physical and digital formats.
  • Conduct account reviews and reconciliations, process payments to vendors, and keep accurate records of invoices and receipts.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet the operational requirements of the site.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as needed, including month-end reporting and compliance documentation.
  • Generate purchase orders, manage supplier invoices and credit notes, and produce various reports and analyses as requested.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong team-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • A Level 2 or 3 AAT ( Association of Accounting Technicians) qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Relevant experience in a similar capacity, such as finance administration or bookkeeping, is essential.
  • A genuine interest in career advancement and professional development.
  • Aspiration for progression into more advanced financial roles.
