Partnerships Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Partnerships Development Administrator to join our team at FJWilson Talent Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and strengthening relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring seamless integration and timely delivery of services.
- Coordinate invoicing and financial transactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide exceptional support to our membership and business development teams, assisting with administrative tasks, event planning, and project coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or commercial environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
