- Manage onboarding new affiliates and ensure seamless integration into our client's network
- Oversee invoicing and financial transactions to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Provide exceptional support to the membership and business development teams, assisting with administrative tasks and handling ad-hoc projects
- Attend external events, conferences, and meetings to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role within a sales/commercial environment
- Proven ability to conduct outbound phone calls and build strong relationships with clients
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to create graphs, pivot tables, and analyze data
- Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems
- Strong written and analytical skills

- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,000
