About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Development Team as a Development Support Assistant. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of new homes and ensuring the smooth operation of our development processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the development team in the preparation and submission of land bids and planning applications.
  • Provide administrative support for the development team, including data management and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Support the development team in the management of development sites, including the coordination of appointments and instructions for commissioning works/services.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a development company or residential new homes environment.
  • Excellent IT and Excel skills, with advanced use of data/cost management systems.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with a positive attitude and work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
