About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Development Team as a Development Support Assistant. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the development of new homes and supporting the team in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the team in the development of new homes, including data management and cost control.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including purchase ordering and payment processing.
  • Assist with the submission of land bids and compile a bid library for reference.
  • Contribute to the improvement of service processes and outputs.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a Development Company or Residential New Homes.
  • Excellent IT and Excel skills.
  • Highly organized and proactive.
  • Planning and Development related qualification.
