We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our Development Team as a Development Support Assistant. The successful candidate will have a passion for property and new homes development, with experience of working in a development team and an understanding of the residential new homes market.

The ideal candidate will be able to draw upon their varied skills of MS Office and their advanced use of Excel and data/cost management systems. They will be expected to understand purchase ordering and payment processing to suppliers, together with issuing of appointments and instructions for commissioning works/services.

The Development Support Assistant will be part of a strong team and their contribution will be key to the team's success. They will be responsible for assisting the team by being highly organised, pro-active, creative and analytical in their work.

About the Role:

  • Experience of working in a Development Company or Residential New Homes
  • Excellent IT and Excel Skills
  • Highly organised and proactive
  • With a Planning and Development related qualification
