Development Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our development team. As a Development Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting the team with various tasks, including data management and cost control. You will have experience working in a development company or residential new homes environment and possess excellent IT and Excel skills.
About the role:
- Assist the development team with data management and cost control.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including purchase ordering and payment processing.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide administrative support for new development sites, including record keeping and bid preparation.
