Key Responsibilities- Accurately enter sales orders based on customer requirements
- Coordinate with the Production and Purchasing departments to ensure stock availability for sales orders
- Produce monthly KPI reports using data from in-house systems and report these to management
- Work with other departments to investigate stock discrepancies through to resolution
- Proven experience in managing and coordinating administrative tasks to support the sales process and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to understand and adhere to company procedures, processes, and styles
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excel in verbal and written communication, keeping stakeholders well informed
