Job Title: Maintenance Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our team at Optima Systems.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a new challenge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Maintenance Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing post-installation maintenance projects, working closely with the Design, Contracts, and Commercial teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Coordination: Organize and manage project activities to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Supplier Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of suppliers and sub-contractors, ensuring that materials and site requirements are met efficiently.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Maintenance Enquiries: Handle all maintenance enquiries by telephone and email, updating company databases as necessary.
  • Contract Management: Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure maintenance contracts are in place, and assist with pricing and ordering processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential, as well as experience with database management and reporting.
