Project Manager

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join their team. This exciting role will be responsible for overseeing post-installation maintenance projects, working closely with the Design, Contracts, and Commercial teams.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a strong focus on delivering high-quality results. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project maintenance enquiries, tracking updates, and maintaining company databases
- Coordinating with clients post-installation to ensure maintenance contracts are in place and orders are fulfilled timely
- Price maintenance works, send out enquiries for materials and sub-contract items, and receive and evaluate prices
- Attending sales meetings to provide project updates
This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development. If you are a motivated individual with excellent project management skills, we encourage you to apply.
