About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Specialist to join our high-speed manufacturing business in Buckinghamshire. As a senior member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading maintenance activities and ensuring the smooth operation of plant equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to meet production targets
* Lead a team of maintenance technicians to achieve goals
* Develop and implement maintenance strategies to reduce downtime

Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in maintenance leadership or a related field
* Electrical engineering qualification (e.g., degree)
* Proven track record of reducing downtime and improving efficiency
