Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding new affiliates and ensure their engagement and motivation
- Provide essential support to the membership and business development teams
- Assist with administrative tasks for events and handle ad-hoc projects with creativity and innovation
- Attend external events, conferences, and meetings to build relationships and drive business growth
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role within a sales/commercial environment
- Experience in conducting outbound phone calls on behalf of your employer
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to create graphs, pivot tables, and analyze data in Excel
- Experience with Salesforce
- Strong written and analytical skills
