Job Opportunity: Partnerships Development Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential support to the membership and business development teams, assisting with administrative tasks for events and handling ad-hoc projects with creativity and innovation.
  • Conduct outbound phone calls on behalf of the employer, utilizing strong communication skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Utilize advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to create graphs, pivot tables, and analyze data, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable, as you will be working closely with the sales and commercial teams to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a sales/commercial environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to create complex graphs and analyze data.
  • Experience working in education, training, or with a professional body is highly desirable, but not essential.
