About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Partnerships Development Administrator to join our team at FJWilson Talent Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and strengthening relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Process invoicing and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage and motivate our clients
  • Provide administrative support to the membership and business development teams
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Conduct outbound phone calls to clients and prospects

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a sales or commercial environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Strong written and analytical skills
