About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Advisor to join our team in Nottingham. As a key contact for our online consumers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support through email, telephone, and online chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers to provide outstanding service and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized support to meet their expectations.
  • Discuss new products and services with customers, and manage multiple tasks to promptly resolve their queries.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the growth of our eCommerce team.
  • Collaborate with marketing, retail, and other teams to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment with varying deadlines.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Able to work to customer service metrics and KPIs within a service-driven environment.
