Customer Service Representative

Nutmeg Saving and Investment Limited is a leading digital wealth manager with a mission to empower customers to maximize their money through innovative mobile banking apps and dedicated customer support.
As a Customer Services Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for both existing and new customers, providing an outstanding customer experience and ensuring that all customer queries are addressed in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Nutmeg customers, providing exceptional customer service and knowledge on products and services that support customers in their financial journey.
- Communicate with customers via phone calls, emails, and secure messages to resolve their queries in a timely and high-quality manner.
- Use soft skills to adapt your tone to each customer, creating a memorable experience while fully understanding their needs.
- Handle challenging conversations, including potential complaints when necessary.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Previous experience in supporting customers or clients.
- Passion for financial services, regardless of prior experience in this area.
- Excellent communication skills with strong written and verbal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, multitasking and thinking critically.
- Empathy and problem-solving skills, with a passion for learning and self-development.
