**Your Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team and be responsible for the key European and CIS feeder markets for Corporate, Leisure, and MICE for our London properties. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be accountable for achieving the budgeted annual revenue goals for hotel rooms and residences across Corporate, Leisure, and MICE segments, as well as managing group accounts and new business development within these markets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain relationships within each of the markets within assigned markets and follow up promptly with appropriate action to secure business.
  • Evaluate, solicit, sell, and confirm business to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability.
  • Develop a full, measurable account strategy plans for top accounts and 30/60/90 action plans for all key accounts and prime prospect accounts.
  • Develop solid relationships with the Global Sales Teams within your markets of focus, undertaking regular conference calls, reviewing activity, and devising appropriate action plans.
  • Gather up-to-date knowledge on the local competition and assess trends in the market place to help capitalize on our strengths and overcome our weaknesses.
  • Represent the company at industry-related trade shows, sales trips, and at functions as required.
  • Schedule and plan all sales trips in accordance with the planned budget and that post-trip sales reports are completed and issued no later than one week upon return of trip.
  • Arrange and attend familiarization trips and client events through working with key travel partners, for key and prospect clients.
  • Ensure that all proposals are followed up in a timely manner and all efforts taken to take them to contract status.
  • To be actively involved in the budget process relating to expenses and providing timely reforecasting aligned to month-end processes.

**Requirements**

  • Ability to work within an independent environment proactively.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality Sales within the luxury leisure, corporate, and MICE segments with knowledge of groups and events segment.
  • Proven track record in account management and business development in Europe and CIS regions.
  • Solid understanding of revenue management process, pricing, and strategies to deliver optimum results.
  • Proven track record in Account Management and business development.
  • Creative.
  • Goal-Oriented.
  • Flexible.
  • Ability to think outside the box.
  • Knowledge of Sales Force, Delphi, and Opera is desirable.
  • Fluency within another European language is desirable.
