About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Account Coordinator to join our team at Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of maintenance operations for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Maintenance Orders: Prepare and process maintenance orders for our customers, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate Maintenance Schedules: Collaborate with our scheduling team to ensure that maintenance schedules are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Data Entry and Administration: Accurately enter data into our CRM system and perform various administrative tasks to support the operations team.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates on maintenance schedules and completion status.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly reports on customer accounts and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Basic Skills: Possess basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills, as well as good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Time Management: Demonstrate strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
