The Accountancy & Finance Division at The ONE Group Ltd is excited to announce a vacancy for a Financial Management Specialist within a well-established Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) organization. This position will report directly to the Senior Financial Manager and will be responsible for overseeing management accounting functions. Key responsibilities include providing financial insights and analysis to the UK division, collaborating closely with the Senior Financial Manager on management reporting, internal controls, and timely financial disclosures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver financial insights and analytical support to the UK Business Unit in partnership with Finance Analysts.
  • Work alongside Finance and the sales and commercial teams to execute business development and commercial strategies.
  • Prepare weekly financial statements and management reports for the UK division.
  • Design, update, and maintain financial performance dashboards for the organization.
  • Assist in the formulation of precise budgets and forecasts, analyzing and clarifying variances.
  • Lead bi-monthly reviews of categories and customers, providing the procurement and sales teams with a comprehensive view of financial performance.
  • Ensure rigorous control over overhead costs and reconciliations.
  • Support initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the business units and the finance department.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and commercial policies.

Candidate Profile and Required Skills:

  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Datastudio, Domo, SAP analytics).
  • Experience in financial analysis, reporting, and management accounting.
  • Manufacturing experience is considered an advantage.
