Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of vendor payments, contributing to the financial stability of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and match stock invoices into the Oracle ERP system.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve any discrepancies or queries related to stock invoices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both vendors and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar accounts payable role, with familiarity using ERP software (Oracle experience is highly advantageous).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Comprehensive understanding of accounts payable functions and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with both internal and external parties.
