Customer Service Liaison

Hours: 7.30am- 4pm, Mon to Thurs, 7.30am-12.30pm Fri.
Fusion People Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team on a contract basis of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain effective relationships with external and internal customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
- Lead order book reviews with customers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Support the Business Manager in delivering key customer information and ensuring commitments are met.
- Own customer on-time delivery (OTD) for all customers under their responsibility.
- Attend daily production meetings to represent the customer's interests.
- Provide feedback on delivery failures to customers and work closely with Production Planning, Material Planning, and Operations to ensure information is robust and commitments are achieved.
- Attend project reviews with key customers to ensure alignment and understanding of expectations.
- Provide concise and quality technical and cost information on M&D inspection reports for customers and ensure reports are issued in a timely manner.
- Enter and maintain customer orders on the MRP system, ensuring all orders are acknowledged to the customer within 3 working days.
- Ensure all orders have valid agreements via LTSA or Quotation.
- Respond to customers' Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and enquiries.
- Liaise with customers for re-scheduling orders and understand capacity constraints when entering customer orders.
- Work closely with Production Planning and Material Planning to ensure information is robust and commitments are achieved.
- Manage the Repair Sales & GRN in-tray's on a daily basis, ensuring all reports are executed efficiently and filed in the appropriate folders.
- Control and progress the NSI process.
- Assist other members of the Sales Administration team.
- Ensure all sales administration processes are executed and compliant with internal procedures, WMS, and Internal Control, minimizing exposure and risk.
- Assist and cover the Sales Order Administrator to ensure all orders and acknowledgements are processed in a timely manner.
