Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Sourceright. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing phone calls, faults, appointment booking for engineers, emails, and queries as they come in.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage various emails that come into the mailbox and action according to the relevant contract or customer and respond in a professional manner.
- Monitor fault management systems and interfaces.
- Take calls from various phone queues including customers, staff, members of the public, and switchboard calls.
- Assist local field management with contract queries and admin tasks.
- Follow a daily schedule to ensure operation of SOC tasks are completed and acknowledged.
- Manage your own set tasks while also supporting team members with their tasks when required.
- PC skills are essential, and ideally experience of using Outlook, Word, and Excel is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential.
- Good attention to detail along with the ability to remain composed when working under pressure is essential.
This is a night shift-based role, and applicants should be able to work on a shift basis, including night working over various shifts, weekends, and bank holidays. The rotation is an average of 29 hours a week over a 3/4 week period, with some weeks being more or less hours. Our rota is built to allow a number of days off between each set of shifts.
Once fully trained, a week of day shifts every 4 weeks will be incorporated. We offer a hybrid way of working, with the opportunity to work from home for half of each set of shifts, once trained and if you have the appropriate setup as per DSE.
