Job Title: Helpdesk Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Sourceright. As a Helpdesk Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing phone calls, faults, appointment booking for engineers, emails, and queries as they come in. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all faults are reported and dispatched appropriately, and that our customers receive excellent service.
