Faults Coordinator

Job Summary:

Randstad Sourceright is seeking a Faults Coordinator to join our team. As a Faults Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling faults in line with our customer's contract requirements. This role is part of a prestigious and essential availability-based traffic signal maintenance contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Telephony and e-mail correspondence with customers and internal teams.
• Intelligent allocation of faults to Field Service engineers, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
• Managing fault attendance feedback and ensuring accurate recording on the customer system.
• Liaising with third parties and customers to deliver contract requirements.
• Escalating risks or issues to Senior Fault Coordinators or Team Leaders.

Requirements:

• Strong administrative and customer service skills.
• Confident systems user, able to use different IT platforms.
• Good communicator, able to liaise between multiple teams and clients.
• Able to work shift patterns between 06.00am and 18.00pm.
