Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Export and Shipping Coordinator to join our team at Page Personnel Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process import and export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Liaise with shipping agents and freight forwarders to coordinate shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Manage the tracking and monitoring of shipments, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and meet customer expectations.
  • Handle customer and supplier queries related to shipping and logistics, providing prompt and professional responses.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in import/export or logistics administration, with a strong understanding of international shipping procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal departments and external partners.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of circa £30,000 to £35,000, depending on experience, and a good package that reflects your hard work and dedication.
