Job Title: Brokerage and Tracking Officer

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brokerage and Tracking Officer to join our team at Tower Hamlets Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in Tower Hamlets to access education, employment, and training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide careers information, advice, and guidance to young people in a range of settings.
  • Make referrals to providers and help young people apply for jobs, apprenticeships, education, and training.
  • Support young people to overcome barriers to learning and help them increase their confidence to reach their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with other agencies and stakeholders to provide a comprehensive support service to young people.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working within an IAG or job placing environment.
  • Experience of working with vulnerable young people who are at risk of becoming NEET or who are NEET.
  • Experience of partnership working or multi-agency working.
  • Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment with an understanding and knowledge of barriers young people face in accessing opportunities.
