We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to oversee one of our premier portfolios across the nation. This position is a fixed-term contract.

The ideal candidate will be required to travel extensively, with a preferred base location between London and Carlisle. Flexible hybrid working arrangements will be available, along with a vehicle allowance.

The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional and compliant account management, collaborating with specific clients to devise and execute strategic account plans that enhance customer satisfaction, operational performance, profitability, and growth within the designated account.

The Client Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in supporting sector-specific business development, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery in alignment with established budgets and service specifications. Additionally, the individual will monitor and report on the quality and financial performance of all services associated with the accounts, fostering innovation in service delivery while maintaining financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, strategic direction, and effective communication with the Integral team, offering support and guidance on any contractual concerns.
  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance for all assets as identified within the client's CAFM system, adhering to an agreed maintenance schedule.
  • Conduct analysis of PPM and asset data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings, as well as potential growth in contract value through additional services.
  • Manage compliance within the operations of FM services for the account.
  • Ensure that teams coordinate necessary statutory inspections, both directly and indirectly with the client.
  • Complete internal audits in accordance with Integral policies.
  • Provide oversight for subcontractor management within the site-wide FM operations.
  • Analyze service failures and implement resilient remedial actions.
  • Ensure consistent service delivery in accordance with contractual SLAs and KPIs.
  • Maintain P&L ownership for the contract.
  • Deliver quarterly financial reports on contractual performance.
  • Supervise project team delivery to ensure timely completion certificates for invoicing.
  • Monitor and manage Work in Progress to keep all tasks within budget expectations.
  • Regularly report to the client on the financial status and details of the contract provisions for the account.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate submission and payment of financial applications.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Extensive account management experience within a Building Services context.
  • Experience managing large single-site and multi-site portfolios.
  • Significant background in critical environments and highly process-oriented organizations.
  • Proven track record in generating new opportunities and growth within existing accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of current maintenance management requirements and technological solutions.
  • High-quality experience in managing maintenance contracts.
  • Proficient in using software applications such as Microsoft Office, Building Management Systems, and CAFM/CMMS systems.
  • Working knowledge of business finance.
  • Relevant engineering qualification (ONC/HNC or equivalent).
  • IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications are advantageous.
