We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to oversee one of our prominent portfolios across the nation. This position is a fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will be required to travel extensively, with a preferred location spanning from London to Carlisle. Flexible hybrid working arrangements will be accommodated, and a vehicle allowance will be provided.

The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional and compliant account management, assisting specific accounts in the development and execution of strategic account plans, enhancing customer satisfaction, performance, profitability, and growth associated with the account.

The Client Relationship Manager will be tasked with supporting sector-specific business development to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, aligned with agreed budgets and service specifications. Additionally, the role involves monitoring and reporting on the quality and financial performance of all services within the account's scope, including innovation in service delivery and financial viability.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership, strategic direction, and communication with the Integral team, offering support and guidance on any contract-related concerns. Supervise the planned and reactive maintenance for all assets identified within the client's CAFM system, adhering to an agreed maintenance schedule. Conduct analysis of PPM and asset data to identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings in service delivery, as well as to enhance contract value through additional services. Oversee and ensure compliance in the operations of FM services on the account. Ensure that teams coordinate necessary statutory inspections, both directly and indirectly with the client. Ensure internal audits are conducted in accordance with Integral policies. Manage subcontractor control for the site-wide FM operations. Analyze any service failures and implement resilient remedial actions. Ensure consistent service delivery in line with contract SLAs and KPIs. Take ownership of the P&L for the contract. Provide quarterly financial reports on contractual performance. Oversee project team delivery to ensure timely completion certificates are issued for invoicing. Monitor and manage Work in Progress to keep all projects within budget. Regularly report to the client on the financial status and details of the contract provision for the account. Ensure the timely and accurate submission and payment of financial applications.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in high-quality account management within a Building Services context. Experience managing large single-site and multi-site portfolios. Significant experience in critical environments and highly process-driven organizations. Demonstrated ability to generate new opportunities and growth within existing accounts. Strong knowledge of the latest maintenance management requirements and technology-driven solutions. Extensive experience in managing maintenance contracts. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Building Management Systems, and CAFM/CMMS systems. Familiarity with business finance principles. ONC/HNC or equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering discipline. IOSH/NEBOSH qualification is advantageous.
