Key Responsibilities- Purchase and Sales Management: Oversee the purchase and sales of categories, ensuring optimal gross profit margins and GMV.
- Sales Planning: Participate in formulating sales business planning, developing and planning all aspects of procurement business.
- Procurement Negotiations: Identify and contact partners, introduce commodities, participate in negotiations, control prices, and reduce costs.
- Product Selection: Responsible for product selection of categories under jurisdiction, selecting appropriate products according to different scenarios.
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate and communicate with overseas supply chains, striving for support resources.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales and purchase data of categories under jurisdiction, propose optimization plans, and improve gross profit margin.
- Experience: ~8 years or above working experience in beauty or luxury purchasing and sales, with experience in E-commerce preferred.
- Category Knowledge: Familiar with the beauty or luxury category, with excellent first-hand market information and purchasing capabilities.
- Skills: Strong logical thinking ability, data sensitive, continuous learning ability, and excellent communication ability.
- Passion and Innovation: Full of passion and innovative spirit, willing to contribute to the team, mainly based on company interests and team interests.
