Activity Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Activity Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering a variety of excursions in London, including visits to popular monuments and attractions.

As an Activity Leader, you will be a positive role model for our students, providing a supportive and encouraging environment for each student to develop. You will be responsible for supervising students during meal times and free time, creating a fun yet safe environment.

You will also be responsible for undertaking accommodation supervision in the evenings and maintaining suitable levels of student discipline, safety, and welfare.

We are looking for someone with a flexible approach to work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high levels of professional conduct. If you have a passion for working with children and teenagers, and are able to deliver activities and excursions with energy and professionalism, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:
  1. 18 years old and over.
  2. Eligible to work in the UK.
  3. Be native or near native English - must be a proficient user of English.
  4. Have a flexible approach to your work, along with the ability to cope with changing priorities.
  5. Have the drive to work collaboratively and contribute to the team.
  6. Have a passion for and experience in working with children/teenagers in a formal or informal setting.
  7. Have excellent communication skills to successfully deliver activities and excursions.
  8. Have the ability to deliver high levels of professional conduct and demonstrate respect for equal opportunities and respect for race and diversity.
  9. Have strong organisational skills with a proactive approach to planning.
