**Job Description:**

We are seeking Behaviour Buddies to work on a full or half-day basis, providing support to pupils and contributing to raising achievement and attendance in schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement positive behaviour management strategies to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to develop and implement behaviour plans.
  • Provide pastoral support to pupils, promoting self-esteem and well-being.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.
  • Monitor and report on pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with pupils, parents, and school staff.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with pupils with SEN.
