Job Title: Female Community Support Worker

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Female Community Support Worker. The successful candidate will provide overnight support for individuals with learning disabilities and complex behaviour needs.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, working 23.33 hours per week, with usual working hours from 10pm to 8am. The role involves implementing individual night time support plans and other agreed activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support with managing finances
  • Administer medication and ensure individuals' needs are met in terms of health and positive outcomes
  • Support individuals with dignity and respect at all times
Requirements

We are looking for someone who values others and has a person-centred approach. The successful applicant will be given a thorough induction to the role and be well supported by an experienced management team.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £23,152 per annum (pro rata) and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities.
