Position Overview

We are collaborating with a prominent Educational Institution in West London to recruit a dedicated HR Advisor for a permanent role. The annual remuneration for this position is set at £32,000.

The successful applicant will possess prior experience within the educational sector and hold either a CIPD qualification or a degree-level credential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for all HR-related inquiries, ensuring that all issues are addressed with sensitivity, confidentiality, and promptness; keeping the HR Director informed of any concerns raised.
  • Maintain employee records in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and manage offboarding procedures as necessary.
  • Assist senior management with low-level employee relations casework.
  • Act as the note-taker during meetings and provide feedback to senior staff.
  • Collaborate with senior management on potential organizational restructures.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in supporting senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently when required.
  • Experience in assisting with low-level employee relations casework.
  • Familiarity with HR System Cascade.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

  • CIPD qualification or a degree-level qualification is mandatory.
  • In-depth knowledge of the educational sector is essential.
